Warranties

York backs every Affinity™ heat pump with one of the best limited warranties you’ll find: every Affinity™ heat pump is backed with a 10-year parts* warranty and a 10-year compressor warranty. Our optional YorkCare™ comfort plan offers up to 10 years of total parts and labor coverage.

R-22 models do not qualify for the 10-year parts warranty.

*Must be installed after May 1, 2009, and registered online within 90 days of installation—otherwise the parts warranty reverts to a 5-year limited parts warranty.
