Deluxe Diamond Series High Efficiency (PXU)
York Deluxe Diamond Series, 94% AFUE, high-efficiency gas furnaces feature two-stage operation with electronic hot surface ignition and an Inshot-burner induced combustion system for quiet, efficient, dependable operation. The furnaces operate at low capacity for most of the operational cycle to maintain the required heating level. However, on bitter cold days, the two-stage heating capacity is there to provide required comfort. Models are available as one- or two-pipe installation. Sealed two-pipe option uses outdoor air for combustion to reduce internal heat load and drafts, as well as the potential for corrosion caused by contaminated indoor combustion air.
